    No she does not have the balance of power in both houses.

    That seems to have escaped your grey matter , thats why its called a minority government even Tony Abbott and the rest of the Libs call it a minority government as they often state the minority government experiment has failed in their opinions.

    She has had to use compromise as a tool to try to fulfil the governments agenda.As set out in the 2010 election campiagn.

    This has not been easy and has meant that some of the things promised during the 2010 election campaign have not happened , others have had to been watered down and altered to get them through a largely hostile parliament.

    But you know that ,your act of pretending that Gillard is an all powerful dictator rather than the minority government PM she actually is , that is political spin of the worse kind.
