carbon tax is 'unconstitutional', page-76

Hello David25, great point you make on the 20% being awake enough, and that being enough to destroy a government.

The freedom abuse and higher taxation trends are a global phenomena and a disturbing trend that crosses political parties. This debt bubble will make it worse as it slowly de-leverages. The lack of growth will cause further deficits - and I believe Swan will never deliver a surplus. he will now deliver lower rates because he is destroying the economy and THAT will give plenty of room for the RBA. The damage is done, the delay has been too great from the RBA and the ALP.

The tax creep (not bracket creep - but that adds to the problem) will increase due to governments that spend more than they receive in a shambolic attempt to hold power and or fight natural economic cycles. These politicians are just part of a system that is broken IMO. Rather than throw it away, which would be far worse, we need it to evolve.

Hyperinflation is caused by too much printing however the trigger in the end has to be total loss of confidence in government and the currency.

I am heartened to see many Aussies waking up, they got rushed to the last election while Julia was in her honeymoon period. As the first woman poised for the job she attracted a few extra female votes from the non-thinking and the alternate portions of that sector IMO.

The protest vote to the Greens and those soon to be annihilated Independents assisted also. It has been and is a disaster. The outcome is pretty clear you don't need to worry Aussies will not get a chance to forget because the dysfunction and incompetence are systemic - 'rusted on' an appropriate term used in here at times.

    Thanks for the reply,
    CW
