SJJB, sorry champ, I haven't got any figures for you, that was the first time I had seen an estimate of the expected rise. Thanks for the link, although it doesn't specify exactly where the figures came from. Going by the sentence following the .7% estimate ('The government says....') I would assume that it is not an independent estimate.
Would be interesting to see a truly independent estimate, one that is 100% independent and not commissioned by government or opposition an not influenced by any other groups.
I guess we will all just have to wait and see what happens in the next couple of years!
