What about government financial backing to get this coldry thingy moving. It's within the Vic government's interest to support green ventures. For example, check out this extract posted earlier on another thread by bloomingruby...

Sorry for the cross thread but it shows that atm governments are willing to splash cash to support worthy projects and innovations. Why not coldry?
Financial support such as this might be the only hope of avoiding years of capital raisings and shareholder frustration imo.
How much more dilution can esi holders tolerate?
