also gas as an energy supply does not recieve any compensation for Industry ESPECIALLY ALCOA.

Why did EPA approve the syngas but not natural gas?
"The second gasifier and turbine, which were planned to be operated on natural gas, were not approved"

EPA chief executive John Merritt said the first gasifier and turbine met best practice.

The second gasifier will not be installed until the first one is demonstrated to work.

"This is the outcome of a rigorous process in applying the law to a unique demonstration project," Mr Merrit said in a statement.

Based on above and EPA and powers granted to it ,a negative outcome looks certain against Dual Gas,need to protect continual use of lignite.

30% reduction by HRL , OVER 50% REDUCTION using 100% coldry,only need to retrofit from 5.5 billion compensation package.
Brumby was ready to go ,legislation is now passed .
