This is why I love HC. Sharing valuable information like that can save people a lot of money and stress.

It's actually hard to believe that a company can do that considering the amount it can affect the sp. Is it legal? Is it common practise for a business to dilute a stock in such a way?

This might explain why there have been so few esi trades in the past few months. I guess it's a case of 'buyer beware' as no one likes to be stuck with shares that they can't sell.
