I wasn't aware I called myself a swinging voter. I think you're fantasising. Gillard dishonoured a commitment she gave before the election. Howard used to do the same. In NSW Barry O Farrell has done it. The previous ALP state government dishonoured commitments as well. Campbell newman has also done it in Qld. Keating did as well. I can't really discern a party based pattern to dishonesty.
