Australia has a technical carbon tax in an attempt to make petrol cars more expensive than Electric. Our vehicle tax and all other taxes were meant to be abolished with the GST but they kept it to raise money for solar and increase vehicle prices to induce demand for electric vehicles. At 60,000 an electric vehicle price is insane.
6 coal-fired power stations is equivalent to the annual emissions from Australia's total car fleet. Every 6 weeks China increases total emmisions of the total Australian car fleet. Over a year China increases emmissions over 800% of the Australia car fleet.
