It all looks very much like Great Britain wants the world to be put on a war footing in the battle against climate change.

Our Prime minister will not be able to ignore the symbolism of Great Britain’s churches ringing their bells like they have done for centuries to warn of imminent attack.

The delegates at COP26 will be in no mood to listen to a Prime Minister whose priority is to keep our country putting fossil fuel ahead of carbon abating energy.
