    it doesn't smear Blanchett, it says she was a poor choice and it's spot on...why would you use a Hollywood celebrity to try and sell the tax to the average working family? Michael Caton was a better choice because he has the common touch, seems like an every day bloke.

    I think the article is spot on because I have said all along I fail to see how taxing people and then compensating them changes their behaviour.
