I agree it will drop more but BSL is the real worry here. When I lived in the US I was amased how many houses had rubber sheet roofing. Not amazed anymore. Prepare for your neighbours installing rubber sheet roofing soon as corrugated iron and tiles will be way out.

Actually, OST gets out of jail free here. All they need to do is head offshore for long steel products but keep wire in Australia. Let the US, S American and NZ business ticking and/or get out of long altogether as they could contract it out to Chinese producers.
