    Let's translate this 'great idea" of naive Australian dreamers into reality.
    You , ( big multinational) go to country say Romania or Slovakia etc. with plenty of spare carbon credits and selling them for cca. EU 5 = $ 7.
    Bingo and you are in money ...one big farce ! another insulation scheme only 100x times bigger.IMO
