Maybe Lesotho (population about 2m) in Africa produces more green house gasses per capita than Australia. I mean, on average each person in Lesotho probably owns a cow. We know that their (that's the cows) gaseous omissions are more effective green house gases than carbon dioxide. Maybe JG could make a name for herself in Africa when she loses the next election.
