The carbon tax train has already left the station and it's about to cross over the horizon ... Abbott knows it, everyone knows it. If they try to bring the train back to station then industry, believe it or not, will want there ticket refunded. That's an incalculable amount atm but probably in the billions. I do see the mining tax getting the flick but not the carbon tax. IMO
