and why did Howard walk away from it?
will howard have the same view on carbon trading as Kyoto after the election?
isn't Kyoto there to cut green house emissions?
why did Australia and US walk away from Kyoto?
why wait to 2012 to intrduce a trading scheme?
will this give big business the right to polute at a price?
or is it another tax on big business?
why do we need the rest of the world to agree with it?
