I think we'll need to agree to disagree....
For carbon management, I would be surprised to see much " wife swapping ".... I believe a lot of companies will simply be grateful for an easy solution whilst getting on with their own business....
Just like banking, we'll get the ones chasing the " term deposit bonus" and moving on whilst the majority stay put....inertia....
and, I don't believe funding will be the issue you are portraying, not saying it will be all fair weather sailing though, but, I'm cautiously optimistic
