my experience with Woolworths is they want the product at a price which makes you question if it is worth doing. 2-2.50 for independants seems reasonable. There is no way woolworths are buying this at 2.50.

spuds are about .60c a kilo on the wholesale market, plus butter and milk, salt and pepper. Packet mix gravy. PFT would be making the product for about 50c plus labour an packaging. 1.10-1.25 total. Woolies would want a full costing and recipe and they know what the ingredients cost. Its their business.
if PFT are making .75 per unit with Wooworths they would be doing exceptionally well.

the point im making is this agreement doesnt deserve a stand alone announcement due to either the revenue not being great enough, the revenue not being contracted/garanteed or both.
