Speaking as a nonholder ; Likely dilution (not worst case) has SP at 0.47 based on SP prior to announcement of convertible issue. Additionally, Management has low credibility based on prior actions, more capital raises are probable and the path to profitability is not yet clear. I think that some of the products are interesting and will be taking a closer look.
Execution in the next year is key. Following with interest.
