Apologies if this is already known but a quick google of cardia and go-lo didn't return anything so I thought I'd post here:

I just bought a couple items at my local Go-lo in the ACT (it's a chain of low cost every day items:http://catalogues.golo.com.au/adrt/home.html) and the bag my items were placed in (at a cost of 15 cents to me mind you) was a cardia bag (picture attached)

I'm quite happy with this as late last year the ACT banned plastic bags so I was wondering when or if at all Cardia would start supplying bags to some of the retailers here. Obviously it would be massive if Woolworths and Coles used Cardia bags but I was pleasantly surprised to experience first hand a cardia bag as to date I had never encountered/felt/seen one first hand.

This one is "biodegradable during composting in professionally managed facilities" and it's quite strong as my items (household cleaning products) filled the bag and were quite heavy.

If cardia could gain more traction here in the ACT that would be great as the rest of Australia will probably follow suit in banning plastic bags eventually.
