So, there are no plastic bags anywhere in thee ACT? You never see anyone carrying a plastic bag? That's quite progressive.

If CNN supplies to ACT Coles/Woolies, it's game over- multi-"bagger" (get it?)

What kinds of bags do Coles/Woolies have in the ACT for fruit, etc? I can only think of CNN as an alternative to plastic- is there some other company that supplies non-plastic?
