I agree, it definitely goes against the spirit. I imagine the legislation states "single use" and "lightweight" (35 microns or less) and so the big supermarkets respond by printing print 're-usable' on even larger plastic bags (heavier than 35 microns)

It's good to see Go-lo getting I'm the spirit of things with a cardia compostable bag =)
