Unless I'm mistaken I'm sure there's two separate times performance rights will be granted in sp performance.
There's the original tranches of 5, 8 and 12 from memory ?
And from the EGM 8, 12 and 15c(24m)
As long as he performs and brings in the bacon which should translate into sp growth far beyond 15c then I make a lot if money too
Cozzi has at least three different account too from memory and has bought up as the sp was downtrending totalling around a bit under 5%?
I've still got every share and option I've gotten in the 2c raising and strongly believe this will be worth a hell of a lot more than those performance price hurdles as Coops has the skill to make the deals.
If he and Cairns can turn this company into a behemoth then I will be more than happy to reward them with what they like. I mean there isn't anything I can do about it anyway even though I own quite a bit, it still isn't enough to sway any voting.
Well before this stock had its downtrend it had strung together 8 consecutive cashflow positive quarters on margins above 80% with a sp up in the 30's albeit on around 220m shares but it was a single product generating business reliant on the pharmaceutical trials
It's being derisked with the extra revenue generating business and disruptive nature
It was a joke it got down so low in the first place
And it's still half the price of 4ds !!
It's easily worth double the price we sit at today
And I think that's why we are seeing it become stock of the year with the massive shakes and buying bids.
I don't want to come across as such a ramper but I truly believe this is a $400m company and we're buying it up from $35m!!
This is why the board are chopping in as they know they can take it there
