commsec breaches contracts-condones short selling

    I would like to know if any commsec clients have noticed that they fail to deliver stock purchases on settlement date....

    I was of the impression that Commsec would not allow short selling, it was admitted to me today that they allow certian clients thru the loop....

    The stocks concerned are not shortable ones.....

    I dont think this is legal
