    I don't know what they'll do but it's hard to see why the High Court would touch this. It's a mid level criminal case on which no particular point of law rests. Other than for the infamy of the accused would the High Court look at it? If they're looking at it because of the identity of the accused they're breaking the principle of equality before the law.
