Well, I would remember if I was told that a paedophile was operating within the business in which I was employed. It would be very very very very hard to ever forget. And I would remember their name, who they molested and many other things beside. And I would remember that I did nothing to stop it as well. I would have thought of it often over the years. I would have it seered into my list of regrets at the very top of this list. I would cringe and weep with horror at having done nothing about it as well. To say this happened decades ago, so less was known about such damage is truly dreadful. Ask a mother of a young boy what she would have thought of that 20 or 30 years ago and the child was hers. She'd be as angry today as she would have been if it happened 30 years ago.
