It also is not dependent at all on the DFS being completed - all the mid/big guys worth their salt would have modelled this 2 years + ago....and updated as required.Noting the ability to have many condition precedent in any sale/JV/acquisition type deal....

And the Aachen technology is really just icing on the cake, potentially.

FOMO is the key imo!

High-grading? Not a mortal sin!

CDV will high-grade when the starter pit is mined.

The economics of a mine are generally better when grade is brought forward.

60% are high-grading. One would expect 50% but many on the graph are close to parity, mill head = reserve head, so I'd say situation normal.
