    FM was for L6 not L8. CNOOC shld come in and replace our disabled partner in L6. Wonder if they are talking ? Feels like a last chance ahead of L8 to pick up cheapies now in current 3.2 - 4.2 trading zone. If the BP spill is now contained, Anadarko would probably be ready to play again (?) Tempus fugit.
