Once the phase 2 HSV2 full term results are released in the next few weeks which I'm tipping to be revolutionary I think that Admedus should be approaching the state and federal governments for funding to help pay for phase 3
and to accelerate bringing the vaccine to market initially only in Australia.
Australia needs all the help it can get in a competitive tourism market often losing out to cheaper holiday destinations in Asia. We then develop a vax tourism industry where people around the world fly in to get the vax and have a holiday on the gold coast at the same time as an example. They may have to then return to get their boosters maybe this time to Sydney or Melbourne.
I believe that vax tourism would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars to the economy, provide much needed employment and more then pay back any funding provided by the government.
Smart and clever country, lets see.
