Hi Jag - This is a question which has been exercising my mind for some time as I intend holding AHZ for a regular income once we become earnings positive. I have been unable to find a dividend policy on the Company website but I guess there has been no requirement to adopt one yet. I have looked at the payout ratio of a number of other health care providers such as CSL, Cochlear, Resmed, Sirtex and a few others. There is no consistency but the range is in the order of 50% to 70% of earnings so at EPS of 50 cents that would give us a dividend of somewhere between 25 cents to 35 cents. May take a while to get there as Morgans latest analysis indicates EPS of 13 cents by 2018. I would be very interested in a capital return if we achieve a large up front payment for partnering the vaccines. Cheers
