It looks to me like that website just copies data from wikipedia and reproduces it.
And that wikipedia itself has deleted the page as 'advertising or promotion' : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiocel
The comment about being 'supperior' appears to have been just added by the WP author and there is no source to back it up.
Not to mention the WP page itself was deleted back in March...
