Perhaps you are being a little bit too optimistic... If you've seen the graphs in @Haplo's posts, then you would have seen linear (straight line) growth since March 2014. Here's my version of that graph (credit to Haplo for the centre numbers - blue line).
The green trend line (linear regression, since March 2014) would predict 160 centers by June 2016.
