$20m?????? What do they want a tour of the lab and our mint/factory? They shouldn't bother offering any cash upfront unless its $100m + imo. That's just for a look in for CC. The years of work and accumulated expenses on CC would be something like that, probably $20m less. If the platform of codon optimisation is sweet then they need at least $100m and what the adapt process can do, if they are successful with their ear institute plans then they can make anything they want by putting the cells in to grow what they like. Imagine making a cochlear?
