Yeah, its bullshit but if people have to do those kinds of things to keep shaking the tree then the price is clearly lower than it should be. I bought at 45 and am happy with that. Eventually it will go up. The product is superior and its getting good centre penetration which is translating into good surgery growth. The change in board was so great not because the old guys were underperforming (which they were) but because these new guys have a reputation to maintain and they'll be looking to not end their careers as f#$k ups. Mark my words, they will implement some great new initiatives this half and try to make a clear separation between last half and this half. Im hoping for some optimisation and cost cutting, but they probably have a few revenue generation cards up their sleeves (e.g. the distribution deal). Remember these guys didnt take the job for the directors fees - they probably have gigantic egos which is great for us!
