Cariocel uptake - definitely, Exponential? Depends on sales team, health management and regulators.
This apparently macro-calcification (seen on Echocardiogram) free heart patch is a solid product. Post tranplant/repair of heart defects needs monthly to yearly follow ups as calcification builds up sometimes are symptom free until it causes critical heart failures. It is especially true in pediatrics age group where calcification post repair is much quicker and unpredictable.

This is not saying all prosthetic heart valves with calcification need re-operation but only those with "performance issues" i.e. - critical stage but again this is not an "if" but "when" as all bioprosthetic valves calcifies and every patient's rate of calcification defers (hence the rigorous follow ups).
This abstract is almost 15 years old but note the quote:
"The “Holy Grail” is a nonobstructive, nonthrombogenic tissue valve which will last the lifetime of the patient (and potentially grow in maturing recipients). There is considerable activity in basic research, industrial development, and clinical investigation to improve tissue valves. Particularly exciting in concept, yet early in practice is tissue engineering, a technique in which an anatomically appropriate construct containing cells seeded on a resorbable scaffold is fabricated in vitro, then implanted."

Sure sounds like we have a "Holy Grail" category product but this is not like selling vitamin pills, it's a surgery regardless. Uptake will take time but there is a strong demand.
The only concern about the product is i.e. competition of similar prodcuts, "valve preimplant treatment" i.e. using some solutions to pre-treat the prostheic valves to prevent calcifications(relax, early animal testing phase and it only slows down calcification) and if management screws up.
You guys should cut AHZ some slacks on lack of news, price not flying/pumped like ADO, HFT, unspectacular Qtr etc. This is a speculative category stock and will transition into a proper investment grade company once the profits are "spectacular".
Oh wait, have I forgotten about certain vaccine thingy?
