Hey DT,
Just came across this paper promoting PredicTox data that highlights pathways for cardiotoxicity. Not sure if will be helpful for RAC. If you know MoA for Bis you may be able to cross reference which drugs Bis would be best used against( although we already have a good idea there may be others to add). It also has the possibility as far as I can see to screen patients that may be more affected by cardiotoxicity from certain drugs. Anyway a bit over my head but thought I’d share.
