1: set up an account people can put money in
2: first in will pick up short fall first
3: money back to people if no more shortfall is available
4: money put in can not been taken out as it's a commitment for shortfall.
That way you are guaranteed the mone earlier than have to wait till June. therefore can start the trials earlier or at least commit to them.
I think this would be a much smarter way to do it.
