on the topic of ownership of the CPACS trademark, I like to think of myself as being like the inventor of the internet - I've just put that out there for the benefit of people everywhere, and if we see it used in public it will be enough

most likely no one IRL will believe me because this has happened before - about 35 years ago I met two blokes from Perth who were using the phrase "bring it on" in a completely new way, and it was bound to catch on. we agreed that we would know they had succeeded in creating a cultural phenomenon when it was taken up in movies and/or sitcoms. years later George Costanza uses the phrase in the deli in Seinfeld's final season and there's a movie with that actual title. mission accomplished. shout out to you Mitch Buzza and your mate whose name escapes me, global culture leaders, living as anonymous heroes somewhere in the world!
