correct Bisantrene is cardiotoxic. It self rescues cardiotoxicity, although this function is overwhelmed at extreme dose levels.
the historical trials often had dosing up to 3,000mg/m2
whereas it is more effective at low dose 50mg/m2 - 250mg/m2. This seems to be the sweet spot for anti-cancer cardio protect and FTO inhibition.
check dosing and also pretreatment when doing a fair comparison. Enjoy!
