Like you say, the numbers do start to defy rational conversation for M+A involving a current $215M market cap Aussie biotech.
I'm hoping the number one shareholder and the board have a plan to extract a meaningful slice of the pie come carve up time. $30/share would break my heart for a few reasons, not least the thought that I would be able hear @Hunterr typing out "I told you so" from the other side of the country.
