good find @couldwellb Do an advanced search in HC for Annamycin as this has been commented on before by a number of people.
The main difference is being less cardiotoxic v. cardio protective, PLUS, Annamycin would need to be superior to Dox to get any commercial traction.
From my research it hasn't been hard to make a less toxic version of Dox, but this is so far achieved by dialing down the cytotoxic / anti-cancer effects. Bisantrene differs in this regard, not only looking to retain Dox anti-cancer actually improve it whilst protecting the heart.
