@mesmeric good question my understanding is Bisantrene is also cardiotoxic but self rescues with its cardio protective mechanism. The safe level of dosing is up to ~6,000mg/m2 cumulative. Current trials are not likely to dose in this range. A much lower dose is optimal between 50mg/m2 and 250mg/m2.
