I'm a little confused about why all the historic trials aren't...

I'm a little confused about why all the historic trials aren't relevant anymore? Has cancer / the human anatomy changed all that much? The drug is essentially identical, and the FDA would seem to agree.

What exactly is the issue with the previous clinical trials that you have? It saved lives man, it was approved.. now it is more accessible and it has been discovered it could be a potent cardioprotective agent.

Perhaps I'm missing something.. I would rather you point out what I'm missing than call names or write "blah blah" in your replies, it's just inciting arguments where no one is benefitting.
