@ReNova we know the primary purpose of the lead in dose is to collect data on FTO. I think it’s also plausible that it is beneficial for cardio protection, but nothing suggesting this is relevant at this stage.
My understanding that Bisantrrene is cardio protective but can’t reverse damage already done. Whether or not priming achieves anything extra is yet to be seen, but can’t hurt.
I would note the half life of Bisantrene ~26 hours so the lead in dose may be depleted by the end of the week.
