There seems to be a clear commercialisation pathway with Astex and Decitabine in combo.
So assuming Kryprolis is no coincidence then expect Amgen synergy review in the future. We might not see this until after first readouts and proof of concept CPACS.
Two in the running, but need another Amgen, which could be the golden goose!
