For what it’s worth I think you have very valuable insights, and a good portion of what you post I agree with and am grateful of you to take your time to point out. This wasn’t a personal attack on anyone here, might read that way but it isn’t. HC is absolutely a big portion of blame along with company mismanagement in my eyes. My overall point is yes the opportunity at RAC is huge but some commentary speaks as if there’s no risk and gives others unrealistic expectations. I know you know better, but others might not and be investing on the basis of shorter timelines getting themselves into financial strife. Just to reiterate I’m not having a personal go at you.
