i had tweaked the post but HC locked me out... there are compounds that reduce cardiotoxic however none are CPACS that I am aware. there are plenty of cardioprotective compounds out there. as you mentioned its difficult to make any reliable conclusions without more data.
The question then becomes is it possible for Race to test for the CPACS mechanism of action and how likely is that they would know this prior to the trial?
Knowing this would give some reassurance that the MOA for CPACS is likely to translate into the clinic and in combo with cardiotoxic therapies.
