That's true. The FDA approved dosage is 52 mg/m2 in paediatrics and 40mg/m2 in adults. Sheba 2.0 dosage was 30 mg/m2.

The cardiotoxic profile of Clofarabine is (IMO) under appreciated due to the lack of data (and the lack of willingness to even report it!).
