Remember the patent office has questioned the claim that Bisantrene is merely heart friendly and not cardioprotective. Also, the claim that it extends to all anthracyclines and other drugs listed in the patent application.
Race will need data on both to substantiate such claims. Pharma / investors may be persuaded by a high quality scientific publication. we won’t see the light of day until the trial commences and CPACS updated patent lodged.
