    Interestingly we already have a broker valuation based on comparison with JBM which put $1 on it. I wonder if they will upgrade on the basis of this announcement?

    Only 7 days for another bidder to emerge - hints in the announcement but nothing solid. Another bidder could see the $1.50 NovaStar is pushing for but it would surprise me if ZFX were to be the one at that price.
