how convenient?
we dont need an independent valuation we just need a benchmarking exercize using an EV.

each to their own but they seem to be clutching at straws imo.
we avoid getting an independent valuation because it might not suit our stand.

Here is a thought....if zfx raise their offer they will have a reputation of 'paying up'. So any other company they bid for will never accept the first offer knowing they are payers.
It might have a longer term advantage by letting it through to the keeper.
AGM shares drop dramatically and people are totally upset with management...why didnt they get an independent valuation? why didnt they warn us?
When production doesnt bring about the holy grail of share price doubling there will be more complaints.

The next company who is bid for will be more cautious in rejecting an offer or wiser in their negotiations.

Remember the beards may only have this opportunity to cash out. this opportunity may never come again. Not every company with good prospects is always takenover.
